(1) The landlord at all times during the tenancy shall: (a) Comply with the requirements of applicable building, housing, and health codes.
One of your fellow residents has obtained an attorney to file a lawsuit regarding the matter in the form of a class-action suit which allows that resident to speak for all the residents that have been subject to the community's violation of our rights as tenants.
Complete the form below and upload pictures/videos of the rodent infestation currently in your unit to be added to the class-action lawsuit. Once added, no further action is required. If the community is found guilty they may be subject to paying all parties for damages as a result of the infestation in the community.
